The school year is winding down, and the traditional start of summer is coming next weekend. Memorial Weekend is always the beginning of a slightly slower summer pace with many anticipating their scheduled summer vacations. It is also a great time to head to an area lake or to our Louisiana Tech Baseball complex for a weekend of WAC baseball. Louisiana Tech and the Ruston community are hosting our conference tournament.
The Ruston High 2008 Football team had an exciting close out on Friday of their Spring workouts with an outstanding showing against West Ouachita. Their future looks bright. Checkout the many pictures of this year's Spring game posted on CampTatumSports.com, now.
Congratulations to our graduating local college seniors. Area high schools will be having their graduations over the next two weeks. Congratulations. Ruston High's is scheduled for May 27.
